1.    Introduction

1.1.    This Website is owned and operated by Shabbelt Limited.  Any contract You enter into through the Website will be with Shabbelt Limited.  Responsibility for liability, however arising, in relation to this Website rests solely and exclusively with Shabbelt Limited.  Access is provided to this Website in accordance with the Conditions set out here below.  Any use of this Website including orders placed by You will be subject to these Conditions.

2.    Use of Website

2.1.1.    You are provided with access to the Website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by You are placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.

2.2.    Indemnity

2.2.1.    You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold Us, and Our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by You or any other liabilities arising out of Your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using Your shopping account and/or Your Personal Information.

3.1    We promise never to pass your details to anyone. Not ever. And you don't have to untick a box to say so.


4.    Online Orders

4.1.    Order Acceptance

4.1.1.    All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with Our Order Acceptance Policy.

If You have provided Us with a valid e-mail address We will send You an order acknowledgement e-mail detailing the Products You have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Us. Our acceptance of Your order will take place upon despatch of the Product(s) ordered.  On despatch of Your order we will send You an order confirmation e-mail. 

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
•    The product You ordered being unavailable from stock 
•    Our inability to obtain authorisation for payment or a problem receiving Your payment 
•    The identification of a pricing or Product description error 
If there are any problems with Your order, You will be contacted by Our customer services team as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by You at any time.

4.1.2.    We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in Our power to do so, to keep the details of Your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on Our part We cannot be held liable for any loss You may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data You provide.

4.1.3.    All Products shown on the Website are subject to availability.

4.2.    Contract creation and electronic contracting

4.2.1.    The technical steps required to create the contract between You and Us are as follows:

a)    You place the order for Your Product(s) on the Website by clicking the Payment option on the Payment page of the checkout process;
b)    You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website;
c)    Payment will be taken once the order has been processed.
d)    Your goods will be dispatched according to the delivery option You have selected during the checkout process on the Website;
e)    We will send You an order acknowledgement e-mail detailing the Products You have ordered. 

4.2.2.    If You do require any information regarding orders You have placed with Us please Contact Us.

4.3.    Order Cancellation & Amendment

4.3.1.    Since our products are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations once your item has been manufactured.  Refunds and cancellations can only be requested by the Purchaser. 

4.3.2.    Recipients of any delivery are entitled to a replacement if goods arrive damaged or in a different size to that which was ordered. If you order the wrong size, that is Your responsibility.  If a refund is required and the order has been shipped, the order will have to be returned to Us.  Once We have received the goods the Purchaser will be refunded.  

4.3.3.    If You wish to amend or cancel Your order You must contact Us as soon as possible after Your order has been placed in order to establish the status of your Order. Orders are normally processed swiftly so We may have already processed Your order.  In these circumstances it will not be possible to amend or cancel Your order. 

4.4.    Payment

Which methods of payment do you accept online?

We accept the following cards in payment for purchases made online: Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro, Solo, Electron and American Express.
4.4.2.    You confirm that the credit or debit that is being used is Yours.  All credit and debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.  If the issuer of Your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to Us, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

4.5.    Refusal of transaction

4.5.1.    With regard to any contract for the purchase of Products from Our Website We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from the Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the Website.  We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at Our sole and unfettered discretion.  We will notify You if We do not accept Your order.  We will not be liable to You or any third party by reason of:
•    Our withdrawing any Product from the Website whether or not that Product has been ordered;
•    removing or editing any materials or content on the Website;
•    refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

4.6.1.    To be eligible to purchase Products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form a contract with Us under English law You must:

4.6.1.1.    When creating an order provide Your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information;

4.6.1.2.    Stipulate a delivery address.

4.6.1.3.    Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to Us;

4.6.1.4.    By making an offer to buy a Product, You specifically authorise Us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about You from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to Your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate Your identity, to validate Your debit or credit card, to obtain an initial debit or credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.

5.2.2.    The Trade Marks used on the Website are the registered and unregistered marks of Shabbelt Limited.

5.2.3.    You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for Your personal non-commercial use only and that You may download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose.  Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited.

5.2.4.    You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

Your Statutory Rights are not affected by these Conditions.

The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and We and You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
